The invoice system creates financial transactions in CiviCRM which can be synced with your accounting system such as MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero.

Line items can be typed in free text, or selected from a pre-populated list of items with set pricing and financial categories.

Subsidies and GST can be automatically applied and overridden by staff.

When a quote is converted to an invoice, the DEX reporting figures are automatically calculated and set.

Our DEX Reporter integrates with our customised version of CiviCRM for CHSP providers. All the data collected in CiviCRM can be easily uploaded to DEX avoiding double data entry, and all data is validated to ensure it meets DEX specifications.

DEX Reporting costs are automatically set based on job costs, plus administration, labour and subsidies. Invoices can configured as one per job (more suitable for home modifications, etc), or many invoices per job (more suitable for occupational therapists)
