The Home and Community Care (HACC) Minimum Data Set v2 (MDS2) is a collection of data about HACC clients and types of assistance being provided to them through the HACC Program.

Every report is automatically validated against the official MDS2 Reporting specifications, and further validated with postcode and suburb matching.
Validation errors are highlighted with error messages.
Itemised Activity Reporting with Calculations
Our Reporter displays activity details and calculated service totals (including any rounding). If your activities were imported from a third-party system such as CiviCRM, the activity ID or Case ID is shown for easy reference.
Integrates with CiviCRM
Our MDS2 Reporter seamlessly integrates with CiviCRM using our custom CiviCRM MDS2 Reporting extension.
